Access to US DataVault's Tech Support Team is now easier than ever!

Simply click the image below and fill out the short "Issue Questionaire". (NOTE: The more detail you provide, the faster and easier it is for us to help you.) You will then be connected to the
US DataVault Tech Support "Live Tech Chat" service AND to our new Extended Ticketing System.
From there you can Chat one-on-one with our tech and/or directly submit advanced trouble tickets.

Live Tech Chat is available 9AM to 5PM Central US Time M-F

Tickets can be submitted ANYTIME.

To Submit an image while you are talking to a Tech, click any of the 'Browse' buttons below (which will allow you to send up to 4 images at a time), then click 'Submit'.
The System only accepts JPG, GIF, PDF, PNG, DOC, and ZIP format archives.
