Click 'Run a Saved Backup Profile' and click 'Next'
Choose the backup you want to run, and click 'Next'
Your files should start backing up. Depending on how many files you are backing up, it could take anywhere between a few minutes to a few hours to complete your backup.
That's it. Click 'Exit' If you do nothing, this window will close automatically in 60 seconds, and you will be taken back to the main menu.
